Research on Synthesis and the Photocatalytic Degradation of Rhodanmine B of MIL53(Fe)

In this paper, MIL53(Fe) was prepared by solvothermal method under different sythetic conditions. The phase structure of samples were characterized by XRD, the morphology and particle size of samples were obtained by SEM, the ultraviolet visible light absorption of samples were explored by UVvis and the band gap energy of samples were calculated from the absorption data. The photocatalytic activities of the samples on Rhodanmine B degradation were investigated. The results show different photocatalytic effects for the samples prepared under different synthetic condition. Accordingly, photocatalytic effect of samples can be controlled through the variation of different synthetic conditions.

Design of the Test Device for FCC Gasoline Desulfurization

According to FCC(catalytic cracking)gasoline desulfurization, a set of test device was designed. The working principle of the experimental device and the selection of the key equipment were introduced in the article. It would effectively reduced the pulsation and solved the low metering accuracy of the pump, and the mixing time of the static mixer was too short and resulted in undermixing, and heat loss was too much and so on. From a longterm perspective, the design of desulfurization device provided a new way and making up for the deficiency of the existing desulfurization device.

Simulation and Analysis of Vertical Scour Way of  Heat Pipe Exchanger Based on FLUENT

The numerical simulation was used to study the vertical scour way of fluid in the heat pipe exchanger by using CFD software FLUENT, and the flow field parameters such as pressure drop, temperature were analyzed. The results show that fluid pressure drop in the vertical scour way was less than fluid pressure drop in the lateral scour way under the same situation. But the heat transfer effect was poorer. The fluid pressure drop was affected by tube spacing and length in the vertical scour way, and fluid pressure drop was proportional to the tube length. The vertical scour fluid heat transfer effect could be improved effectively when the longitudinal fins were added to the heat pipe, which made the temperature distribution in the flow field be more uniform.

lnfluence of pH Value and Route From Sol to Gel on the Phase Transition of TiO2 Prepared by Sol-Gel

With Ti(OBu)4 as precursor, nanoTiO2 particle was prepared by Sol-Gel method. The temperature of phase transition was studied under different conditions. The results showed that, the beginning temperature of the phase transition is lower when nanoTiO2 was prepared at lower pH value. When vacuum dry was used, the phase transformation was inhibited obviously. However, the phase transformation was accelerated when infrared dry was used.

Preparation and Performance Evaluation on PAM-SA New Water-Series Extinguisher 

The PAM-SA new water-series extinguisher was prepared by mixed method with polyacrylamide(PAM) and super absorbent materia(SA)as raw materials. The scope of application of test sample including water-retention ratio, water absorption, viscosity and pH was studied. The results show that when PAM/SA mass ratio is 1∶1, water-retention ratio is 100%,water absorption is 135,viscosity is 2 103.6 mm2/s and pH value is 5.0~9.0,the extinguisher prepared has best Fire-extinguishing capability. 

Determination of Three Kinds of Trace Elements in the Milk Powder by MPT -AES

        The determination of calcium , iron and zinc in the milk powder by microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES)with the standard curve method w as studied by using microwave plasma torch(MPT)as ex citation light source, argon as support gas of pasma and sample solution being introduced into a pneumatic atomizer system .The effect of experimental co nditions including hydrochloric acid concentration in the sample solution, nitric acid concentration in the sampl solution, microw ave forward power , carrier g as flow rate, support gas flow rate on determination w ere optimized.The effect of co -ionized elements of sodium and magnesium on the emission intensity of calcium , iron and zinc w as investiga ted in detail .The detection limits of mass concentration for calcium , iron and zinc are 0.92 , 13.82 and 16 .27 μg/ L, respectively .The relative standard deviations (n =6)are less than 1 .79%. The linear rang es are 0.02 ~ 6, 0 .1 ~ 100, 0.1~ 20 mg/ L for calcium , iron and zinc , respectively .The results show that the proposed method is effective for the determination of the quality of calcium , iron and zinc in the milk powder in its accuracy , easy operation,high automation , low operation cost and rapidity .
